Application

Our application process is simple, we want you to tell us all about your lifestyle and what your hopes are once you receive a dog. I very much encourage you to answer questions honestly and truthfully. One thing to keep in mind is to answer questions with what you are doing now. If you are hoping a dog is going to make you more active in the future and you would like to walk two miles a day, great! Please note that you currently do not walk daily, or only walk a mile a day ect. This is extremely important to the process so you get matched with an appropriate dog.

 

Once your application has been submitted please allow 24-48 hours for us to reach out to you and schedule your phone interview. Every application will be responded to within 48 hours. During our phone interview we will cover the process on how everything works, what your expectations are, what the program's expectations are, and the next steps. We occasionally require a video call to meet everyone in your household, see where the dog would be living, and let you see the dogs in real time.

 

Within one week from submitting your application and finishing your phone interview (and possible video interview) we will accept or refer you to another program. When your application is accepted we will email you our available dog options, and discuss the positives and negatives of each dog. We will also set a schedule for you to receive your dog and an approximate timeline for when they will be ready. 

 

We have several payment options available.For our puppy starter program we generally require half of the full amount upon being paired with your dog, then the rest must be paid by the time you pick up your dog. We can work out payment plans for you, but we also suggest looking at alternative funding like: paypal credit, go fund me, ect. All dogs must be completely paid for by the time of receiving them, no exceptions.
